Delivery is free for orders of CHF 100.00 and above for PostPac Economy only.

Standard package max. 100 x 60 x 60 cm

Otherwise, the price is CHF 7.00 for PostPac Economy and CHF 11.00 for PostPac Priority.
If Pre-orders take 2 shipments by the choice of the customer then it doubles the price, CHF 14.00 for PostPac Exonomy+ and CHF 22.00 for PostPac Priority+.

The price is CHF 20.00 for PostPac International Economy (Europe) and CHF 40.00 for PostPac Economy (Outside Europe).

Unless otherwise indicated, reserves the right to exceptionally send complete or partial shipments. In case of partial shipment, the shipping fee will be charged only once, at the rate applicable to a complete shipment.

All orders are shipped without insurance. The buyer assumes responsibility for the order as it was sent.


Delivery is in Switzerland and Internationally.

The actual shipping time is about 1-4 business days for Switzerland and within 5 to 8 business days internationally.

Delivery of the goods available is generally carried out within 1-4 business days for credit card payment. During an advance payment, shipping is done after receipt of payment.

The place of performance of the contract between and the Purchaser is the headquarters of Delivery is at the sole expense and risk of the Purchaser, through a transport company such as the Swiss Post.

Payment is made by credit card (VISA, MasterCard), PayPal, Postcard, Twint, bank transfer (in advance), or advance payment.

Once you have specified the correct information from your credit card / Postcard, or that we have received your payment, shipping will occur.

You can exercise a right of withdrawal only if the claims arise from the same contractual relationship.

In case of a bank transfer, the goods will be reserved for 7 days, after that time the order will be canceled. The order will be processed after receiving the payement.

Verification, default

The customer must check the goods on delivery in accordance with the law.

Defects must be reported immediately or at the latest 3 days after receiving the goods. In addition, the limitation periods apply. The description of the defects must be made by registered letter. With the description of defects, we reserve the right to verify the defect or damage reported by our own staff or experts of our choice.

The ordered objects are individually verified by us before delivery, and we ensure that they are in perfect condition. We are not responsible for damage that has been done during the delivery or the buyer.

A possible tear of the protective plastic film of the CD or object does not constitute a defect. The outer case is just for protection, scratches, and/or discoloration on the case can not be the reason for an exchange or a return. 

No refund or replacement can be provided for any item that has been opened (taken out of the original manufacturer's plastic wrap).

In case the article(s) is/are lost due to the wrong shipping address submitted by the client, buyers need to pay the whole price again (make a new order). A refund is not available.

Manufacturing problems are not supported by They are not refundable.

International clients additional information

The clients must take into account and pay possible additional VAT charges on their order depending on their country. does not bear those supplementary costs.

The shipment will be done only once all the items of the order are available. 

For international postage, a phone number and an email are mandatory, otherwise we cannot complete the delivery.
